Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to reconcile discrepancies across multiple data sources.
Excellent communication skills for executive audiences and data commentary.
Proven experience supporting executive-level reporting such as KPI reviews and Board materials.
Ability to ramp quickly on processes and deliver reliably with minimal supervision.
Experience in commercial finance or sales finance, ideally in ad tech or high-growth environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Own recurring revenue reporting workflows including daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, and attainment dashboards.
Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings.
Conduct variance analysis on revenue movements and provide commentary explaining performance trends.
Support quarterly sales target-setting by assembling and reconciling data forecasts.
Own the commercial commission review process and identify trends to inform incentive decisions.
Execute ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership.
Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure to enhance accuracy and consistency.
