Requirements
- Ability to independently solve problems and learn new technical tools within the hour.
- Comfortable using a terminal and navigating GitHub.
- Experience or willingness to learn how to make API calls and use MCP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and high candidate volumes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Bonus: Prior recruiting or HR exposure or experience with an ATS.
- Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Own job postings end-to-end, including writing JDs and publishing on various platforms.
- Source and screen high volumes of resumes, portfolios, and reels for creative and business roles.
- Build and maintain application forms, trackers, and ATS pipelines.
- Automate recruiting tasks using Claude Code, APIs, and MCP connectors to build AI agents.
- Manage candidate outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups across email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Handle offer processes and new hire onboarding.
- Develop and manage talent pools from colleges, creator platforms, and communities.
- Report on hiring metrics via a weekly dashboard.
