Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Clear speech, polite tone, and confident phone etiquette.
- Ability to learn job details quickly and explain them simply.
- Comfortable making 100-120 outbound calls daily.
- Resilience in handling rejection professionally.
- Basic computer skills including Google Sheets, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, sales, or recruitment outreach is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to shortlisted candidates from the database or ATS.
- Clearly explain roles, companies, locations, and key highlights to engage candidates.
- Assess candidate interest, answer queries, and address objections regarding timing, location, or notice periods.
- Maintain accurate call logs and candidate status updates in the tracker or ATS.
- Follow up via call, WhatsApp, or email to keep candidates engaged until interview or offer stage.
- Collaborate with the recruitment/HR team to understand role priorities and update them on response patterns.
