Requirements

- Proven background in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of tokenisation, real-world assets, and institutional digital assets.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen.
- Demonstrated critical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project and change management.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data to generate competitive insights.
- Develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and go-to-market proposals.
- Maintain a comprehensive map of the TradFi landscape, including banking and market infrastructure.
- Originate and manage the full deal cycle from initial outreach and negotiation to closing.
- Lead commercial discussions to structure partnership economics and value modeling.
- Align cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to finalize deals.
