Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, full-cycle recruiting, or a related field.
- Degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related discipline (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Professional expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent selection.
- Ability to track and exceed recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer applications.
- Experience with regional, multi-site, or multi-state healthcare recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms; Workable experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong professional network of candidates within the Senior Living sector.
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Use digital sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Apply innovative recruiting strategies to reduce reliance on contract labor.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support a seamless candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, select, and successfully onboard high-quality candidates.
- Manage open requisitions and candidate interview processes using an ATS.
