Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, full-cycle recruiting, or a related field.
  • Degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related discipline (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Professional expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent selection.
  • Ability to track and exceed recruiting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer applications.
  • Experience with regional, multi-site, or multi-state healthcare recruitment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS platforms; Workable experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong professional network of candidates within the Senior Living sector.
  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Use digital sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Apply innovative recruiting strategies to reduce reliance on contract labor.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support a seamless candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, select, and successfully onboard high-quality candidates.
  • Manage open requisitions and candidate interview processes using an ATS.
