Requirements
- 3+ years in a full life cycle Recruiting (Talent Acquisition) role.
- Experience working on a high-volume team across various functions and locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced candidate sourcing and talent assessment skills.
- Ability to partner, influence, and build trust with mid-level business leaders.
- Ability to analyze talent acquisition data and interpret hiring trends.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Workday, Phenom, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of interviewing and hiring.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates through competency-based phone screens.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Proactively approach talent acquisition challenges and gain market intelligence.
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates through networking, cold-calling, and social channels.
- Partner with interview teams, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and HR Business Partners.
- Provide onboarding support and model best practices.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to effective recruiting strategies.
