- Manage the full recruiting and hiring life cycle for experienced professional and consulting positions, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and new hire transition.
- Lead recruiting efforts for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting roles.
- Partner closely with internal business leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, consulting competencies, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, ensuring consistent and meaningful candidate engagement.
- Evaluate candidates based on relevant technical capabilities, consulting experience, leadership competencies, and alignment with role requirements.
- Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates, market insights, pipeline information, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate status, recruiting activity, and notes within Workable and other recruiting systems.
