Senior SAP and Analytics Recruiter (Contract)

Manage the full recruiting and hiring life cycle for experienced professional and consulting positions.
Lead recruiting efforts for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting roles.
Partner closely with internal business leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Evaluate candidates based on technical capabilities, consulting experience, and leadership competencies.
Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates, market insights, and recommendations.
Maintain accurate candidate status and notes within Workable and other recruiting systems.
