Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting technical or consulting professionals.
- Experience recruiting SAP professionals, including understanding technical and functional skill sets.
- Experience recruiting for Analytics, Data, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Science roles.
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
- Strong candidate assessment skills for evaluating technical and transferable experience.
- Experience managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting and hiring life cycle for experienced professional and consulting positions.
- Lead recruiting efforts for SAP, Analytics, Data, and other technology-focused consulting roles.
- Partner closely with internal business leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical capabilities, consulting experience, and leadership competencies.
- Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates, market insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate status and notes within Workable and other recruiting systems.
