Requirements

- Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Working knowledge of medical and research terminology.
- Proficiency in clinical trials databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving research protocols.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to patient care.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential study participants and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
- Educate prospective patients on study purpose, potential benefits, and visit expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all patient interactions and communications.
- Conduct remote screening visits and assess patient compatibility using pre-screen checklists.
- Schedule study visits and perform follow-up reminders to ensure patient commitment.
- Collaborate with Study Teams and Clinical Research Coordinators as a patient liaison.
- Utilize databases and office software to manage patient data and subject logs.
- Review and comprehend active study protocols to accurately convey details to participants.
