Requirements

- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams toward measurable business results.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans across an assigned region or group of territories.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, develop, and direct employees while identifying and developing high-potential talent.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and commitment across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing people and functions remotely, with a demonstrated history of maintaining productivity, engagement, accountability, and collaboration across distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, particularly when managing complex or time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to understand business and financial considerations, including staffing projections, resource allocation, and budgeting requirements.
- Goal-oriented leadership style combined with the ability to inspire, train, and engage team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and business needs can evolve quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional team of 8–12 Field Admissions Representatives, establishing a culture focused on high performance, professionalism, engagement, and measurable results.
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop admissions professionals through ongoing performance management, career development, and targeted leadership support.
- Drive achievement of established enrollment goals, business objectives, and performance metrics across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the region that align admissions activity with broader organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with campus leadership and other internal stakeholders to maintain alignment around shared goals and priorities.
- Partner with admissions leadership on training initiatives and programs designed to strengthen field representative capabilities and performance.
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of new admissions talent, helping identify individuals who can contribute to a high-performing team.
- Manage regional staffing requirements and prepare staff projections as part of the budgeting and workforce-planning process.
