Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in real finance work with experience building AI-assisted workflows.
- Solid financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of common SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
- Working knowledge of the three financial statements and subscription revenue recognition.
- Experience with ERP, planning, and BI tools such as NetSuite, Cube, or QuickSight.
- Ability to explain financial results clearly to stakeholders outside of finance.
- Strong structured thinking and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for variance analysis, cohort/retention analysis, and board metric refreshes.
- Manage annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast updates while maintaining core financial models.
- Own the monthly reporting package including actuals versus budget/forecast and variance commentary.
- Maintain core SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and G&A teams to provide financial guidance and budget management.
- Support the accounting team during month-end close and collaborate with Data and Analytics on reporting requirements.
