Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Advanced Excel knowledge (Google Sheets environment).
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
Proven ability to produce and manage complex, dynamic financial models and conduct scenario analyses.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business-judgment skills.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills for working with senior management and C-suite audiences.
Ability to prioritize deliverables and work with autonomy in a fast-growing startup environment.
Dedicated, secure remote workspace with high-speed internet and professional video-ready setup.

Build and maintain flexible financial models, including revenue and expense details, and analyze KPI trends across different markets and service lines.
Analyze profitability by product and payor mix to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
Drive the budgeting process, providing functional support on revenue, expense, and headcount planning across the organization.
Maintain rolling and long-range forecast models, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand business drivers and perform analyses to support decision-making.
Collaborate with C-suite leaders to deliver monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and executive-level analyses.
Support special projects including new service offerings, market expansion, and acquisition assessments.
