Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proven ability to produce and improve complex, dynamic financial models and conduct scenario analyses.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business-judgment skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Dedicated, secure remote workspace with high-speed internet and professional video-ready setup.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain flexible financial models, including revenue and expense details, and analyze KPI trends.
- Drive the budgeting process, providing support on revenue, expense, and headcount planning.
- Maintain rolling and long-range forecast models, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers and perform financial analyses to support decisions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
- Create in-depth analyses to identify strategic opportunities and develop business cases.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite leaders to inform strategic decisions regarding resource allocation and risk management.
