- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency with reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream).
- Experience using AI platforms such as Co-Pilot and Claude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership.
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.
Responsibilities
- Support Technology, Marketing, and Administrative leadership with FP&A activities.
- Assist with month-end close by reviewing results, resolving variances, and generating executive financial statements.
- Participate in annual budget, rolling forecast, and 3-year strategic planning through collaboration with functional leaders.
- Leverage AI tools like Co-Pilot and Claude to streamline analysis and workflows.
- Support capitalized software tracking and ROI analysis in partnership with Technology and Accounting teams.
- Aid in M&A due diligence and acquisition integrations.
