Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of total work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry.
- Customer-facing leadership and account relationship strategy experience.
- Capability to interface effectively at all levels within a large organization and client base.
- Proficient project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects.
- Strong interpersonal and motivation skills.
- Proficient grasp of service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives by providing performance feedback.
- Conduct performance evaluations and create professional development plans.
- Manage client escalations before directing them to senior leadership.
- Partner with leadership to develop policies, procedures, and retention strategies.
- Ensure the team meets departmental standards for client service, revenue, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch and optimize new products and services.
