Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of related professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in supply chain, business, or enterprise leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy or change project/program leadership.
- Experience working in a multinational company or a commercial/operations practice group at a strategic consulting firm.
- International experience and a proven ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong strategic change and thought leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence multiple organizational levels.
- In-depth business and financial acumen regarding operating models and supply chains.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead large programs in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework to unlock margin improvements.
- Design and execute a three-phase approach to drive a business-led value creation model.
- Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities across the full P&L to drive business-led initiatives.
- Develop and execute a tariff mitigation strategy to manage US trade policy impacts.
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and projects from concept design to delivery.
- Build robust governance models, project implementation plans, and budgets with regional teams.
- Develop strategic modeling, opportunity analysis, and business case development capabilities.
