Requirements
- 3+ years of operations experience at a digital healthcare startup.
- Proven experience in people management, including leading teams and owning operational outcomes.
- Track record of running projects independently and driving measurable results.
- Comfortable using data to track, report on, and improve operational metrics.
- Strong communication skills with experience keeping teams and stakeholders aligned.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work decisively.
- Ability to work with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the daily rhythm of clinical and care operations including monitoring queues, appointment flow, and patient touchpoints.
- Act as an escalation point for daily operational questions and unblock issues in real-time.
- Lead operational projects end-to-end from scoping and planning to execution and impact measurement.
- Design and implement new workflows, tooling, and process improvements in partnership with clinical, product, and growth teams.
- Manage and develop the offshore care operations team, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Document and maintain SOPs and lead continuous-improvement efforts.
