Responsibilities

- Resolve issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's standards and brand voice
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to the broader team
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
