- Strong organizational skills and discipline to follow procedures in a regulated environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
- Creative and analytical thinking ability.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new platforms.
- Currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and make outbound efforts to assist clients and promote services.
- Use company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively.
- Partner with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Educate clients on the basics of the platform, including wallet walkthroughs, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrency offerings.
- Guide clients through the process of executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer.
- Track individual progress on a quarterly basis, including call quality, registration ratios, and trading metrics.
