Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT services management.
- Fluent German (C1/C2), English, and Polish (written and spoken).
- Expertise in T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen regarding P&L management.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tooling.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales and C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic management with granular project execution.
- Strong analytical thinking and accountability under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage key software projects to ensure quality, scope control, and adherence to Agile best practices.
- Oversee financial health and profitability of an assigned client portfolio.
- Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsells, cross-sells, and late-stage deal pipelines.
- Implement AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to improve margins.
- Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks and mitigation.
