Responsibilities
- Engage with business owners and HR heads to identify pain points and present solutions.
- Drive sales deals from initial contact through to signed contracts.
- Conduct product demos, manage follow-ups, and execute closes.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on key business initiatives.
