Job Details

Online portfolio required for consideration.
7+ years of hands-on experience in visual, brand, and web design at a senior or staff level for consumer digital products.
Exceptional visual design instincts combined with a proven ability to think in scalable systems and build reusable components.
Deep expertise designing responsive web experiences.
Strong understanding of modern web capabilities, accessibility, and performance considerations.
Ability to actively leverage generative AI as a real part of the creative workflow.
Expert working ability in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Proven ability to work as a self-starter and collaborator with product managers.
Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for design decisions cross-functionally.

Lead the visual direction and execution of high-impact design initiatives across Facet's marketing ecosystem.
Design best-in-class marketing web experiences that balance storytelling, usability, accessibility, and business performance.
Own the visual design system for the typography, color, layout, motion, and detail that make our designs unmistakably Facet.
Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and external agencies to bring integrated experiences to life.
Develop campaign and communication toolkits and scalable frameworks to improve creative consistency across all channels.
Translate performance signals into impactful visual designs and high-converting 0-to-1 surfaces.
Design and implement AI-assisted creative workflows to increase team velocity.
Articulate design decisions in cross-functional design critiques with stakeholders and leadership.
