Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing digital products, specifically in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Deep expertise in visual design, including typography, color, composition, layout, iconography, and motion.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated systems thinking and high-fidelity visual craft.
  • Proven experience creating, evolving, and scaling product design systems within a growing organization.
  • Deep understanding of design tokens, component architecture, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear, elegant, and reusable visual solutions.
  • Strong product thinking and experience collaborating with engineers on production implementation.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma and familiarity with front-end implementation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the visual design language across product surfaces, ensuring a cohesive, accessible, and scalable experience.
  • Own and evolve foundational design system elements, including design tokens, component states, and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Create reusable patterns, principles, and standards that enable product teams to solve recurring problems consistently.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Brand teams to translate business objectives into effective system-level solutions.
  • Design and prototype system components and end-to-end product experiences to communicate design intent and resolve visual challenges.
  • Advocate for inclusive and accessible visual design across color, typography, motion, and interaction states.
  • Mentor product designers and contribute to a culture of thoughtful critique and continuous design improvement.
  • Define and measure design system impact through metrics like adoption, consistency, and usability.
