Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in education, public policy, evaluation, data, or nonprofit management.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in education, nonprofit, operations, policy, evaluation, data, or consulting.
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience including project leadership, supervision, and financial planning.
- Proven track record in business development, sales process management, and cultivating client relationships.
- Expertise in measurement, evaluation, and evidence-based practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
- Ability to work 40–50 hours per week and travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Commitment to high-performance and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary relationship manager for client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of training, workshops, and implementation support.
- Advise superintendents, cabinet-level executives, and governing boards on evidence and continuous-improvement challenges.
- Lead all aspects of assigned engagements by developing work plans, coordinating team expertise, and establishing project deliverables.
- Design and lead measurement, evaluation, and learning initiatives, including performance frameworks and mixed-methods research.
- Direct quantitative and qualitative analysis, ensuring insights are synthesized into client-ready presentations and reports.
- Attract, coach, and supervise Associates and Senior Associates, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Drive business development by managing the sales cycle, generating leads, and supporting proposal development.
