Requirements
- 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience.
- Demonstrated delivery experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions).
- Expert-level knowledge of WFM modules, specifically timekeeping and accruals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in an advisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel up to 40% based on client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM Attendance, Absence, Analytics, or Boomi integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional consultant for an assigned portfolio of Premier Services clients.
- Build and maintain WFM roadmaps that translate client objectives into prioritized plans.
- Lead complex UKG Pro WFM initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, risks, and timelines.
- Design, configure, and optimize advanced UKG WFM solutions based on leading practices.
- Develop client-facing deliverables such as solution documentation, testing artifacts, and training materials.
- Lead client meetings to facilitate project decisions and maintain alignment.
- Manage project scope, capacity, and resource planning across assigned accounts.
- Mentor consultants and new hires to improve consulting practices.
