Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience.
- Experience with at least two full-lifecycle Workday deployments.
- Active Workday Financial Management / Financials Core certification.
- Practical configuration, testing, data manipulation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Projects, Expenses, Billing, or Accounting Center.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with functional leads and client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and raise risks or dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day tenant configuration and business process setup within modules like General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Projects, and Billing.
- Participate in discovery and design workshops and document requirements and decisions.
- Execute unit and system testing, troubleshoot defects, and support resolution through retesting.
- Prepare, map, validate, and load data using Workday-supported tools and templates.
- Develop configuration workbooks, design documentation, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Work directly with client SMEs and project teams to validate requirements and resolve day-to-day questions.
- Coordinate with technical, data, reporting, and security resources to manage tasks and deadlines.
