Requirements
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles.
- Strong analytical abilities across quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and risks.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, R, Stata, Tableau).
- Familiarity with public health systems, practices, evaluation frameworks, and performance management.
- Track record of managing client relationships and expanding account scope.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, including logic model development, indicator design, and data collection planning.
- Conduct epidemiologic analyses, community health assessments, and other data-driven assessments.
- Support quality improvement engagements, facilitating projects, and developing guidance tools.
- Serve as project manager and day-to-day client contact, ensuring projects remain on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, client staff, subcontractors, and community partners.
- Prepare high-quality written deliverables including technical reports, dashboards, and policy documents.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal writing.
