Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and owning production-grade data platforms.
- Experience working with billions of rows in business-critical environments.
- Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs within production data pipelines.
- Experience designing evaluation or test harnesses, including scorers and regression suites.
- Expert-level Python and SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with dbt and Snowflake modular transformation architecture.
- Extensive production experience with Airflow for orchestration and recovery strategies.
- Solid AWS experience (S3, Lambda, Glue, ECS, RDS).
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable transformation, warehouse, and data-processing systems capable of handling billions of records.
- Design production patterns for LLM-powered extraction, enrichment, entity resolution, and semantic validation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks with labelled datasets, scoring mechanisms, and precision/recall targets for AI-powered workflows.
- Own warehouse architecture including dbt transformation layers, Snowflake performance, and cost management.
- Build reliable orchestration and infrastructure using Airflow and AWS with infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Implement observability across AI and data pipelines to track model performance, costs, and latency.
- Develop matching, deduplication, and retrieval solutions to support entity resolution.
