Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing public sector channel and/or partnership programs.
- Strong network across systems integrators, managed service providers, resellers, and audit/assessment organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Federal and SLED go-to-market models.
- Expertise in federal compliance programs including FedRAMP and CMMC.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience owning a revenue target delivered through partners.
- Record of building and scaling external partner relationships, preferably in cybersecurity, GRC, or related tech.
- Ability to coordinate across go-to-market, product, legal, and marketing teams.
- Experience creating structure and repeatable systems in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve professional efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the public sector partner strategy across Federal and SLED markets, defining the partner archetypes and multi-year ecosystem roadmap.
- Manage partner-sourced pipeline and ARR contribution by establishing performance metrics, operating cadences, and partner-health frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable partnership programs, including tiering, certification, co-selling motions, and market development funds.
- Build and lead the public sector partnerships team, providing performance management and development plans.
- Connect public sector motions with the broader global partner ecosystem while ensuring alignment with commercial channel efforts.
- Translate partner and government agency feedback into actionable product, packaging, and pricing recommendations.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic relationships with large systems integrators, resellers, and audit firms.
