At least 6 years of documented sales success in pharmaceutical, medical, ophthalmology, contact lens, or related healthcare sectors.
At least 2 years of people leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Current, valid, unexpired driver’s license with a satisfactory record.
Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining commercial talent.
Strong coaching skills with the ability to create individualized development plans.
Analytical and business acumen, including proficiency in data-driven territory planning.
Demonstrated managerial courage and ability to address performance issues directly.
Ability to travel regularly by car, plane, or train to field and client locations.
Experience in eye-care sales or pharmaceutical product launches is an advantage.
Startup or emerging-company experience is a plus.

Attract, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Specialty Sales Managers.
Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies to maximize market impact.
Lead launch execution across key Pacific Northwest and Western markets.
Provide ongoing coaching through regular field rides and one-on-one performance reviews.
Drive performance against sales targets and activity metrics through data-driven planning.
Partner with Marketing, Training, and Operations to prioritize field needs and coordinate commercial initiatives.
Share field intelligence with national leadership to refine strategy and launch execution.
