Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles within digital banking or financial services.
- Proven senior-level technical product management leadership experience in fintech or banking technology.
- Deep expertise in digital banking platforms, including digital account opening, onboarding orchestration, KYC/CIP, and fraud workflows.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking processes, including regulatory requirements like Reg E, Reg DD, BSA/AML, and UDAAP.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms serving multiple financial institutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing product leaders and technical product managers.
- Active, hands-on experience with AI-assisted product design and development workflows.
- Strong technical fluency across REST APIs, data modeling, system architecture, and CI/CD.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, from roadmaps to detailed specifications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision, product roadmap, priorities, and commercial outcomes for the Digital Banking domain.
- Lead multiple product squads covering retail digital banking, commercial banking, digital account opening, onboarding, self-service, and cross-channel experiences.
- Hire, develop, coach, and performance-manage Product Builders while establishing high standards for product judgment and AI fluency.
- Design and oversee digital account-opening and onboarding experiences, including KYC/CIP, fraud checks, and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Guide product teams on core-to-digital integration, event propagation, API contracts, and data models.
- Model AI-first product development practices using tools such as Kiro and Claude to drive iteration and specification quality.
- Represent the domain in executive planning, client discussions, and board-level updates.
