Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML-enabled products with complex analytical workflows.
  • Proven track record of applying AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
  • Strong product management experience covering discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmapping.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and interpret user insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, business, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with experience building or scaling products from the ground up.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on day-to-day execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and unified roadmap across AI Transformation and Salesforce initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities based on internal customer needs.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle across two engineering teams including discovery, backlog management, and delivery.
  • Coordinate product launches and adoption initiatives to ensure measurable business value.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Security, and Compliance.
  • Establish and monitor key product metrics to guide iterative product improvements.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and engineering teams.
