Contribute to and articulate a clear product vision and unified roadmap across the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams.
Leverage knowledge of AI and internal user needs to prioritize new AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities.
Own all aspects of product development including discovery, requirements, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery.
Coordinate go-to-market and adoption activities with business units.
Ensure Salesforce platform work and AI initiatives are sequenced coherently.
Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to promote adoption and identify growth opportunities.
Define and analyze key product metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance.
Provide regular updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and squad members.
