Requirements
- Significant experience in capacity planning, resource management, operations, or workforce planning.
- Experience within advertising, marketing, creative, or production environments preferred.
- Proven experience leading global teams or operations across multiple regions and markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build capacity plans, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness regarding capacity impacts on costs and profitability.
- Highly developed analytical, numerical, and reporting capabilities for complex data interpretation.
- Strong people-management skills for coaching, motivating, and optimizing large/distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for senior leadership interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to translate commercial requirements into scalable operational solutions.
- Comfortable working UK/BST hours (approx. 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST).
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies for workforce planning and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the global vision, strategy, operating model, and delivery plan for capacity and resourcing management.
- Define clear departmental OKRs, KPIs, milestones, and performance targets.
- Develop best-practice capacity planning processes to improve operational performance and scalability.
- Establish data-driven approaches to workforce planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage global capacity plans that anticipate client demand, skill requirements, and business growth.
- Build and expand flexible, pre-vetted talent pools to support demand fluctuations.
- Drive the implementation of automation, AI-enabled workflows, and modern planning technologies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global resourcing and operations team.
