Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to obtain California RN licensure within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- 5 years of experience in a direct care delivery role as an RN.
- 2 years of experience in palliative care, hospice care, or complex care management.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing to daily production or outreach metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to build and act on reports.
- Must be available to work 8:00am ET to 5:30pm PT.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily outreach and enrollment performance to meet volume and conversion targets.
- Supervise and develop the enrollment team, including RNs, Medical Assistants, and Outreach Specialists.
- Lead daily enrollment huddles to review progress, targets, and operational barriers.
- Partner with reporting teams to develop dashboards for team performance visibility.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to enrollment workflows.
- Conduct call quality reviews and side-by-side coaching.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and leadership to test and refine outreach strategies.
- Monitor field activity of the Clinical Liaison and coordinate with market partners.
