Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, or workforce development.
- Experience managing a learner or customer portfolio, pipeline, or caseload.
- Proven ability to build rapport and work toward measurable goals or performance targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM, student information, or applicant tracking systems.
- Comfortable using data and technology to manage workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
- Guide learners through required enrollment milestones, including seat acceptance, agreements, documentation, technology, employment, and payment verification.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement and momentum.
- Respond to learner questions and proactively identify and resolve barriers that may delay enrollment.
- Monitor learner progress against deadlines and intervene when learners are at risk of missing milestones.
- Maintain accurate learner and pipeline records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate across Admissions, Instructional, and Operations teams to support successful cohort launches.
