Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in SaaS, or equivalent fire/public safety agency experience.
- Strong knowledge of fire ground operations, incident command structures, pre-incident planning, and water supply.
- Working knowledge of field response workflows and mobile response tools.
- Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts as applied to occupancies, hydrants, and response data.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Rocketlane or comparable professional services delivery platforms.
- Familiarity with NFPA 1620 and NFPA 291 standards preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command modules for fire and EMS agencies.
- Partner with Implementation Managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain project status, effort tracking, and configuration documentation in Rocketlane.
- Collaborate with Technical Services on CAD and AVL data flow integrations.
- Identify and report product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests to the Product team.
