Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Merchant Implementation, Merchant Success, or a similar role.
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with APIs, ERP, and OMS systems.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce (highly preferred).
- Experience working with mid-market to enterprise merchants (highly preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, and Salesforce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders to set expectations for deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts.
- Monitor task completion to ensure alignment with project deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
- Configure ShipBob solutions and standard integrations to meet specific merchant goals.
- Troubleshoot unique merchant challenges throughout the implementation phase.
- Conduct tailored training sessions and prepare reference materials for stakeholders.
- Align merchant objectives with platform capabilities to drive feature adoption.
