Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience in US/EU markets.
- Demonstrated experience in Healthcare IT, including system architecture optimization.
- Experience with Radiology IT (PACS, RIS, dictation systems) and EMR is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive technical engagements to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel 1-3 days per month as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own product delivery projects including onboarding, expansion, and upgrades for new and existing customers.
- Serve as the key technical stakeholder, leading architecture, system, networking, and interface discussions with customer IT teams.
- Manage setup, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and go-live processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze technical performance data to optimize solution setups and suggest product improvements.
- Partner with the Product team to define requirements and feature designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales departments.
