Job Details

2–4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, technical account management, or customer success at a SaaS company.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects.
Technical fluency in tracking, pixel implementation, and API/webhook functionality.
Working knowledge of the martech and ecommerce stack, including Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, email, and SMS platforms.
Ability to balance technical depth with clear communication for diverse audiences.
Proven experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
Disciplined approach to risk management and identifying exposure early.
Understanding of retail and eCommerce business needs, processes, and best practices.
Comfort working from a repeatable playbook while exercising judgment for custom needs.
Curiosity about AI and ability to teach customers new workflows.

Lead consultative discovery with new customers to clarify business objectives and success criteria.
Own end-to-end delivery for a high-volume book of Mid-Market implementations from kickoff through go-live.
Configure technical foundations including tracking, pixel implementation, and integrations with platforms like Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and Amazon.
Validate attribution and data accuracy before go-live, communicating technical issues clearly to Support and Product teams.
Onboard customers onto Moby, the company's AI agent, driving adoption of AI-led workflows.
Run training and enablement sessions to drive platform confidence and usage.
Manage the handoff to Customer Success by documenting configurations and adoption status.
Apply structured risk management across a large portfolio of accounts, mitigating exposure and escalating when necessary.
