Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner marketing, account management, field marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to own and execute marketing programs tied to pipeline goals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships that deliver measurable, multi-quarter revenue impact.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead conversations, read the room, and adapt messaging in real time.
  • Experience executing events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Solid content instincts—able to contribute to messaging, briefs, and campaign development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Program-building mindset with experience developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes.
  • Ownership mentality with a bias toward action, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day performance of long-term strategic media partner programs.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, content, and newsletters to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Lead regional event execution, including vendor coordination, registration, AV, and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop campaign messaging and content.
  • Identify and coordinate with industry influencers to scale external programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline influence.
