Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience executing B2B field marketing or events programs in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record running events end to end including logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple events at different stages.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales or SDR teams to drive event attendance and set meetings.
  • Comfort managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 30–40%) for on-site event execution.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and workflows.
  • Available to start October 1, 2026 and commit through March 31, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Own Limble-hosted events end to end including roadshows, dinners, and ancillary tradeshow events from kickoff through reporting.
  • Co-own the industry tradeshow program, managing booth logistics, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution for assigned shows.
  • Run all pre-event logistics including venue sourcing, A/V, event tech, swag, and budget tracking.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to drive attendance and pre-book meetings for events.
  • Manage partner sponsorship commitments and coordinate presence at partner-hosted events.
  • Serve as the on-site lead for event setup, teardown, and real-time problem solving.
  • Execute post-event follow-up campaigns and coordinate lead routing with Sales to convert conversations into meetings.
  • Report on event metrics like attendance, meetings booked, and pipeline impact with clear recommendations.
