Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across web production, digital operations, or closely related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI-assisted production tools such as Claude.
- Design judgment and ability to create brand-consistent assets using Figma.
- Working understanding of technical SEO, structured data, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse internal departments.
- Bias toward action with experience managing projects from intake through to production and launch.
- Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLR/promotional review processes is preferred.
- Technical familiarity with AWS Amplify, WCAG accessibility, and privacy standards like CCPA and GDPR.
Responsibilities
- Review, edit, test, and approve all AI-generated content and assets before public site deployment.
- Use AI-assisted tools like Claude or Sanity to assemble pages, manage content, and publish updates from a component library.
- Develop and manage a multi-site 'site factory' for clinical trial and corporate properties.
- Drive same-day publishing and manage development, staging, and production workflows via AWS Amplify.
- Instrument sites with GA4 and Search Console, while monitoring site performance and uptime.
- Manage technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, and schema markup implementation.
- Correct information across Wikidata, Google Knowledge Panel, and financial data aggregators.
- Build Figma Weave workflows and use Adobe Firefly for on-brand visual asset creation.
- Support MLR review processes by maintaining staging environments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Transition web properties from agency management to internal ownership.
