Requirements
- 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program management.
- Proven ownership of full engagement cycles from discovery to go-live.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools like Claude.
- Strong architecture fluency, including API work and system diagrams (OMS/WMS/TMS/POS).
- Expertise in scripting and standing up sandbox integration environments.
- Ability to operate at enterprise scale with multi-region and multi-channel merchant systems.
- Experience building and defending ROI models under executive scrutiny.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 2–3 times per month for workshops and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops to identify real customer constraints and document value cases.
- Build and defend ROI models based on customer data for executive approval.
- Configure sandbox/testing environments and map architecture integration points.
- Scope and develop integrations with marketplaces and developer portals.
- Design and execute demos, POCs, and pilots through to final decision.
- Manage technical handoff to production, ensuring stable customer go-live.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed back technical gaps and contribute PRs.
