Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment using SAP Business One ERP.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to travel for multi-day on-site engagements across the U.S. and Canada, up to 50% of the time.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with SAP Business One in a HANA environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and process flow design is a plus.
- Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, supply chain, logistics, and production planning (MRP, JIT, Kanban) preferred.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform virtual or on-site business assessment walkthroughs to recommend process improvements and automation.
- Own end-to-end service delivery, including project plans, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and go-live support.
- Develop technical specifications for tailored applications and perform hands-on system configuration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring clear communication between internal teams and customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction to support long-term retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain a consistently high level of billable utilization through accurate time tracking.
