Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management within physician practices.
- Experience with athenaIDX or comparable healthcare revenue cycle and practice-management systems.
- 10+ years of individual and team training experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing curriculum or eLearning development projects.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills for classroom or virtual environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical writing communication skills.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, and Visio.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training curricula across RCM functions.
- Create a variety of learning materials including job aids, playbooks, eLearning modules, and workshop decks.
- Deliver and coordinate training for new hires and existing employees.
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and translate requirements into effective learning programs.
- Manage training rollouts for new systems, processes, and technology updates.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify knowledge gaps and process execution improvements.
- Mentor newer team members and provide subject-matter expertise.
