Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role.
- Strong foundation in experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, and product analytics.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience working with complex, interconnected datasets.
- Experience building scalable data structures or analytical capabilities.
- Experience leveraging LLMs and AI agents to accelerate problem-solving and workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated statistical models, experiments, and causal inference approaches that uncover the drivers of client and business outcomes.
- Build scalable analytical capabilities, including semantic layers, entity models, and repeatable workflows.
- Own complex, ambiguous analytical initiatives from problem definition through execution, measurement, and communication.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Client Experience, Strategy, Marketing, Styling, and Engineering to define success metrics and identify opportunities.
- Advance team technical capabilities by mentoring other Data Scientists and leveraging LLMs and AI agents.
