Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (specifically Clickhouse) and Python.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering material business impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and act with a sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move key business unit metrics.
- Understand business questions and decision contexts to define appropriate analytical problems.
- Drive outcomes by delivering recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Act as an owner of the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
