Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience using tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems before analysis and understand the core decision it informs.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive outcomes by presenting findings and recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Embed within core business areas including growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Act as an owner who is responsible for the end-to-end analytical function for assigned business units.
