Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience or a previous internship in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
- Detail-obsessed mindset with proven ability to ensure accuracy.
- Strong self-management skills to juggle strategic and scaled work.
- Data-fluent, capable of analyzing reports and explaining results.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for reporting and analysis while maintaining human oversight.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Curiosity regarding business trade-offs and project prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, email/SMS marketing, or web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage client campaign projects from concept to launch, maintaining timelines and dependencies.
- Set up and optimize email, SMS, and onsite marketing campaigns within the proprietary Wunderkind platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure accurate execution.
- Analyze performance data from tools like Looker and Google Analytics to provide actionable client insights.
- Support a scaled portfolio of smaller accounts, triaging requests and monitoring KPIs.
- Participate in product testing, pilot programs, and process improvement initiatives.
